Our 60-Day Promise: Love It or Return It

We are so confident that you will love our skincare that we offer a generous 60-day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Start a Return:
Simply reach out to us through the Contact page with your order number. We will guide you through the process.

Refund Processing:
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Return Shipping:
We value our relationship with you. While we cover the shipping to you, please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Condition:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, gently used or unused. We believe in second chances, but we also believe in hygiene!
